The location is central and convenient, just a 17-minute drive to the airport. the hotel is situated near a Walmart shopping center. the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. A complimentary breakfast is included, featuring scrambled eggs, oranges, and bagels.

From the moment we arrived the courteous and amazing staff made us feel welcomed. This hotel had a central position in a great area.

I was very surprised and pleased to find such clean, comfortable acommodations for such a reasonable price. The location was convenient, the rooms were quiet and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was great! Its been a long time since I've found a hotel that was this pleasant to stay in.

The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a nice quiet area, not far from restaurants and convenience store/gas station and the freeway and pueblo for a funeral. Central location was a plus. Local fast food option Habaneross was 10 minutes walk away.

The location is great, and the staff here is excellent; they provide a complimentary breakfast with eggs and hot waffles.

T v did not work and no one at desk was available to look at it. We asked if another room was available and were told "Maybe". No one ever called back.

They overbooked and it took a while to get a room, and even then it was not what we reserved, so was cramped.

Spacious triple room with a hit-or-miss air conditioner, but when it was working, it was great! Loved having cable channels, a cozy seating area, and a convenient writing desk 🌟.

Awful!!!!!!!!! We checked in after a long line of dissatisfied customers were complaining only to find ourselfs joing the line. Our 5 year old was tired so I went to pull back the brown comforter which was covered with bodily fluids! Ew! There was no towels at all! The desk said they would look for some new ones? Never came up called a few times they said on thier way. Yeah right! This place is gross, Not cleaned inbetween uses and someone even tried to enter our room with a key! Luckily we had the deadbolt on. Do not stay here!!!!!!

Parking lot had men drinking beer walking around. Felt very unsafe! The rooms are old. Furnishings old. Bathroom-tub enamel was completely gone-tiles moldy. The first thing I did before I got into the bed was to google bed bugs so I would know what to look for. Room was very marginal.

Price was ok, but in hindsight I should have paid a little more for a real hotel.

1St room: Opened the door, tried to turn on the light. Light switch near door did not work. Groped my way in, found a light to turn on. This is scary and unsafe as I'm alone, traveling alone at night. Creepy guy in parking lot behind me could have seen me fumbling for the light, pushed me into the room and.... Whatever. Also, bathroom had no working light. Back to the front desk. Clerk told me that "Of course the switch didn't work, you have to [walk into the pitch black room and] turn on the light first." Like i'm the moron. He was actually a fairly nice clerk, but, really??? 2nd room: Door so warped (room 116) I couldn't open it. Back to the front desk. Clerk came back to room with me and threw himself against the door to open it. Said, "Just kick it if it doesn't close". Same deal with the entry light swich. Also, asked for morning wake-up call that never came. Fortunately I was already awake because the air/heater/conditioner rattled all night long. Wanted to ask for a refund, but mostly wanted to GET AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. Do not stay here!!!!
